Mid-term Check-in

For Co-op students who are currently on a work term, the Science Co-op office checks-in with you and your employer in the middle of the term for feedback.

For students who are (1) working in remote locations, (2) extended from the preceding term, or (3) returned to their previous Co-op employer, we would appreciate the completion of the forms below to share updates and feedback on your co-op experience so far.
