Research and Teaching Interests

Katherine’s research interests broadly lie in the area of survival analysis. In particular, she works in the areas of reliability and cure rate modelling. Both these areas involve censoring methodologies and developing inferential results and techniques for censored data analysis. Furthermore, her work often involves competing risks modelling. Applications of her research can be found in engineering and medical sciences. Keywords: reliability, biostatistics, cure rate modelling, censoring methodology, ordered data analysis

Katherine’s teaching interests are probability, mathematical statistics, statistical computing and order statistics.
