Travel Support Request Deadline: CLOSED.

Graduate and undergraduate student participants are eligible for travel support.

Travel support is limited. Priority will be given to students who provide a letter (max. 800 words) justifying the need for travel support and clarifying the expected level of participation (through a submitted abstract for an oral or poster presentation). The maximal funding amounts are determined by location and can be used towards accommodation or travel:

• Manitoba (outside Winnipeg): maximum $100
• Maritimes / Territories and U.S.A.: maximum $500
• Everywhere else in Canada: maximum $300
• International participants from outside Canada and U.S.A.: maximum $700

All applicants will be informed of the committee’s decision through email by May 16, 2023. We expect to hand out the travel grant cheques at the conference.
